Vanilla and Banana Protein Pancakes

1 Small Banana
2 Scoops Time 4 Whey Protein Vanilla Coconut Milk
2 Egg Whites
4 Large Strawberries
Drizzle of Maple Syrup


1) Blend Banana, Time 4 Whey Protein Powder and Egg Whites in a blender to form a batter.
2) Pour onto hot non stick pan.
3) Cook on both sides.
4) Top with Strawberries and a drizzle of maple syrup
