Ingredients

To make this Time 4 Protein Crumpets recipe, you will need:
3 Crumpets
100ml Milk
1 scoop Of Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein
1 Egg

Method

Mix protein, milk and egg in a bowl.

Cut the crumpets in to halves.
Dip the crumpet halves in the mix and place in a baking tray.
Cover with frozen fruit and pour remaining protein mix over it all bake 15 minutes on 180.
I put chocolate spread on too at the end, amazing! xx
