Time 4 Lemon Meringue Protein Overnight Oats
Half a Cup of Rolled Oats
Half a Cup of Milk of choice
2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
1/4 Cup Blueberries
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
2 Scoops Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Lemon Meringue Pie Flavour
Mix up everything but the blueberries and Sunflower Seeds which you use to top the mix with.
Sling it in the fridge and go to bed.
Next day....taa daa!!
