135g Ground Almonds
130g Peanut Butter (I used Meridian Foods as it's freaking amazing)
4 tbsp Honey or Liquid Sweetener
1 1/2 Cups Quark
1/2 Cup Greek Yoghurt
3 Scoops Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Flavour
Mix the base layer together in a bowl and press down into a 6 inch loose bottomed cake tin.
Next, whip up the Cheese layer, but don't over mix. If it seems too thick you can add an extra dollop of Greek Yoghurt.
Pour on top of your base and shake gently to level out.
Pop it into the oven at 160 for about 30 minutes. You want the top to be set but still wobbly. If you overdo it, it'll be tough and not the smooth texture we're going for.
Top with extra Peanuts and Dark Choc Chips if desired but remember it'll change the calories!!
Again, dont forget that this is still a Cheesecake and high protein doesn’t mean low fat. That being said this is tasty and has more protein than your normal Cheesecake and less fat.
