Time 4 Choc Chip Peanut Butter Protein Blondie
2 Cans Chickpeas
3 Scoops Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Flavour
200g Peanut Butter (I used Meridian Foods)
1/4 Cup Milk
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
30g Choc Chips
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Chuck the chickpeas into a blender with the milk and blitz until you get a smooth paste.
Add everything else apart from the choc chips and blitz again until consistent.
Stir in the chocolate and empty into a square 8x8 inch tin, lined with baking paper.
Whack it in the oven at 175°c for about 18-20 mins. It will start to got brown on top quickly so keep an eye on it so you don't get dry, nasty ones!
Cut into 16 squares and keep in the fridge!!
