1 Cup Cold Water
2 Scoops of Time 4 Nutrition Intra Workout Watermelon Flavour
4-5 Raspberries (Optional but gives it a great colour and super fresh flavour)


Sling it all into a blender/smoothie maker and spin that bad boy until it's a muscle fuelling slushie of awesomeness.
