Time 4 Vegan Orange Protein Cookies

Ingredients

To make this Orange Protein Cookies recipe, you will need:

150 grams Self Raising Flour (I use gluten free) 2 scoops of Time 4 Vegan Protein (Salted Chocolate Caramel Flavour)

1 Small spoon of Baking Powder 1 small spoon of bicarbonate of soda

1 Small spoon of Orange Extract Handful of chopped Cranberries

110 grams of Vegan butter 150 grams of brown or golden sugar

1 flax egg (1 tbsp of ground flax mixed with 3 tbsp of

water) as an egg alternative.

Dairy free chocolate orange buttons

Method

Method Mix butter and sugar together. Add the flax egg and Orange extract.

Mix in well. Add flour, protein powder, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder. Stir until well combined.

Add in the chocolate button ( chopped) and the chopped cranberries, stir in until evenly distributed.

With your hands mold the mixture into balls and flatten on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Bake (180) until edges brown slightly but still chewy in the centre
