Time 4 Toffee Protein Flapjacks

Ingredients

140g Oats
90g Time 4 Whey Creamy Toffee Pudding
2 x Bananas
100g Vanilla Quark
150g Meridian 3 Nut Butter
Pinch of Cinnamon
Vanilla pod seeds

Method

1) Mix together and press into a tray lined with grease proof paper. Bake for 20 minutes.
