Time 4 Strawberry Whey Protein Flapjack Bars

Ingredients

To make this Strawberry Whey Protein Flapjacks recipe, you will need.


120g rolled oats
60g (2 scoops) Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Strawberries & Cream
125ml semi skimmed milk (almond milk and other low fat milks can be used instead but weights may vary)
15g Honey

Method

Place Time4Nutrtion Strawberries & Cream Whey Protein and rolled oats into a large bowl and mix.
Add milk and mix again until evenly mixed and
Add honey or golden syrup and stir evenly through the mixture.
Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and brush a touch of olive or coconut oil across the paper.
Spread the mixture on to the grease proof paper (1-2cm thickness)
Place in fridge for 30mins
Pre-heat oven to 150 degree C (gas mark 2)
Remove from fridge and place in oven for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven, leave to cool for 15mins then place in fridge for a further 15min before slicing into mini bars.
