Toffee Protein Flapjacks

Ingredients

140 grams Oats
90 grams Time 4 Whey Protein Toffee flavour
2 x Bananas
100 grams Vanilla Quark
150 grams Meridian 3 nut butter
Pinch of Cinnamon
Vanilla pod seeds

Method

1) Mix together and press into a tray lined with grease proof paper. Bake for 20 minutes.
