Time 4 Toffee and Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

130g Rolled Oats
50g Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Creamy Toffee Pudding Flavour
150g Egg Whites
50g Frozen Blueberries
3-4 Tbsp Water

Method

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl then add the Blueberries and Egg Whites, mix again and add enough water to make a nice consistency (not too wet).
Divide in 6 silicon cakes and bake at 160c for about 20 minutes or until firm.
