Ingredients

45g Oat Flour
1 Scoop Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Creamy Toffee Pudding Flavour
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
3-5 tbs Milk (depending on how thick you like it)

Method

Mix the Oat Flour and Powder together and add the Milk one spoon at a time until you get the thickness you like.
Add whatever cookie topping you like but remember it'll change the calories and macros. -
