TIME 4 TOFFEE POPCORN

Ingredients

1 cup (200g) popcorn kernels (weighed pre popping)

1/3 cup maple syrup (can be sugar free)

50g Time 4 Whey Protein Toffee Flavour

Method

Place syrup in a bowl and Heat for 30 seconds in a microwave

Add protein powder and mix

Pour onto popcorn and stir.

Enjoy healthy toffee popcorn.

You can use other flavours if you prefer
