What is CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)?
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a group of Fatty Acids found in a limited number of foods. The highest levels of CLA occur in Ruminant Animals, with beef, milk-fat, and cheese, being the most common animal sources. Technically speaking, CLA is a type of Polyunsaturated, Omega-6 Fatty Acid, or naturally occurring Trans Fat, but unlike artificial trans fats, which can be harmful when consumed in high amounts, CLA is believed to provide a variety of potential health benefits and perform a range of important physiological functions. While the human body is capable of producing the majority of fatty acids it requires, it cannot produce linoleic acid, hence it is referred to as an essential fatty acid. Therefore, we must consume it in our diet.

UK Mainland customers receive FREE delivery on orders over £35. Orders under £35 will incur a £6.50 delivery charge.
There is a £10.00 surcharge for delivery to Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands.
All orders received before 3pm Monday – Friday (except Bank Holidays) will be sent out the same day for next-day delivery. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be sent out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday (except Bank holidays).
We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries and if your order has been sent by DPD you will receive a notification from them when your order has been processed.

All delivery times stated are estimated, and we make every effort to deliver goods within the stated timescale. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Time 4 Nutrition shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods within the estimated timescale.
When receiving goods you must count the items and check for damage and then sign and print your name to confirm you have received the whole order in good condition.
It is stated on the couriers delivery note the number of boxes you should receive. If the number of boxes you have received does not match the number stated on the delivery note you must note the number of boxes received on the delivery note by your signature.
Any damage to the packaging must be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. The words “unexamined” or “unchecked” will not be acceptable.
Any shortages or damages must be reported to Time 4 Nutrition within 48 hours of delivery.
