Trans Fats

Trans Fats are a form of Unsaturated Fat. There are two types, which are referred to as ‘Natural’ and ‘Artificial Trans Fats’. Natural Trans Fats are found in 3–7% of the total Fat in dairy products, such as milk and cheese, 3–10% in beef and lamb. Artificial Trans Fats, on the other hand, are created in an industrial process that adds hydrogen to liquid vegetable oils to make them more solid.
