Omega-6 Fatty Acids

Omega-6 Fatty Acids are a group of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids that have in common a final carbon-carbon double bond in the n-6 position. Omega-6 Fatty Acids are found in tofu, walnuts, and peanut butter, and in unhealthy foods such as processed snacks, fast foods, cakes, fatty meats, and cured meats.
