My own Gym, Physiques and Shapes, Dorchester.
What is your training schedule?
I use a H.I.T training system which varies from 3-5 days per week.
Discipline & Level?
World Class Bodybuilding.
Federation you compete in?
IBFA, WPF, NAC, WBBF.
What got you started, how did you get into your sport/discipline?
When I was 16 I had a football injury, which meant I had to use a gym. It was then I realised I liked the gym more than football and it escalated from there.
What competitions are you planning to compete in and when/where are they?
This year (2017), I have already won a Pro Am in Margate, a Tom Coleman Classic Show and a show in Estonia winning the overall! This year I’m looking to defend my World Title with Pure Elite that I won on Nov 5th 2016.
How do you prepare for a competition?
I normally take 12 weeks to prepare for a show using a higher fat lower carb approach.
What one or two things do you currently do in your training that are keys to your success?
I use the high intensity one set to failure training which I seem to respond to best.
What methods do you use to take off the last bit of weight to make your weight limit?
I use TIME 4 WATER LOSS
. 5 tablets the night before and 5 in the morning.
What was the best advice you were ever given?
Believe in yourself and don’t ever give up trying to achieve your dreams.
Who is your inspiration?
I admire the shape and asthetics of Frank Zane.
Who do you think is the greatest and most influential bodybuilder/fitness
athlete in history?
Mike Menzer and his H.I.T training methods.
What has been your biggest challenge to date?
Coming back and competing in the same year after a bad peck tear!
What is your biggest accomplishment?
Winning the UKBFF British championships.
What is your best victory/performance to date?
Winning the world championships at the 02 Arena with Pure Elite.
