What got you started, how did you get into your sport/discipline?

When I was 16 I had a football injury, which meant I had to use a gym. It was then I realised I liked the gym more than football and it escalated from there.

What competitions are you planning to compete in and when/where are they?

This year, I have already won a Pro Am in Margate, a Tom Coleman Classic Show and a show in Estonia winning the overall! This year I’m looking to defend my World Title with Pure Elite that I won on Nov 5th 2016.

How do you prepare for a competition?

I normally take 12 weeks to prepare for a show using a higher fat lower carb approach.

What one or two things do you currently do in your training that are keys to your success?

I use the high intensity one set to failure training which I seem to respond to best.

What was the best advice you were ever given?

Believe in yourself and don’t ever give up trying to achieve your dreams.

What has been your biggest challenge to date?

Coming back and competing in the same year after a bad peck tear!

What is your biggest accomplishment?

Winning the UKBFF British championships.

What is your best victory/performance to date?

Winning the world championships at the 02 Arena with Pure Elite.

Last but no means at least, what is your favourite Time 4 Nutrition product?

The protein.... Double chocolate mousse and Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream, the best !!!!
