Ligandrol, also known as LGD-4033, is an orally active and highly bioavailable Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator (SARM). Initially proposed to treat muscle wasting, osteoporosis and a whole host of musculoskeletal degenerative conditions, it has the reputation of being the most potent SARM currently reviewed in clinical trials.
