WHAT IS GLUTAMINE POWDER
Glutamine is the most Abundant Amino Acid in the human body. It makes up approximately 60 percent of our skeletal muscle and plays an important role in Protein Synthesis, the function of the immune system, and gut health. Muscle tissue is a major site of Glutamine production, where it forms the Anabolic precursor for muscle growth. It is referred to as a ‘conditionally essential Amino Acid’. This means that although the body can synthesise it from other Amino Acids, under certain conditions, such as illness, surgery and periods of intense training, the Glutamine needs of our body may exceed its ability to produce it and so it must be obtained from dietary sources.

Mix 1 Level Scoop (5g) with water or squash. Do not use acidic juices or hot beverages as this can degrade the product.
L-Glutamine is better absorbed if taken on an empty stomach and not with other amino acids.
Training Days:
Take 1 serving 20 minutes before training, 1 serving immediately after training and 1 serving at bedtime.
Non-training Days:
Take 1 serving in the morning, 1 serving in the afternoon and 1 serving at bedtime.
Do not exceed 3 servings per day.

There is a £10.00 surcharge for delivery to Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands.
All orders received before 3pm Monday – Friday (except Bank Holidays) will be sent out the same day for next-day delivery. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be sent out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday (except Bank holidays).
We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries and if your order has been sent by DPD you will receive a notification from them when your order has been processed.

All delivery times stated are estimated, and we make every effort to deliver goods within the stated timescale. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Time 4 Nutrition shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods within the estimated timescale.
When receiving goods you must count the items and check for damage and then sign and print your name to confirm you have received the whole order in good condition.
It is stated on the couriers delivery note the number of boxes you should receive. If the number of boxes you have received does not match the number stated on the delivery note you must note the number of boxes received on the delivery note by your signature.
Any damage to the packaging must be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. The words “unexamined” or “unchecked” will not be acceptable.
Any shortages or damages must be reported to Time 4 Nutrition within 48 hours of delivery.
