Mix 1 Level Scoop (5g) with water or squash. Do not use acidic juices or hot beverages as this can degrade the product.
L-Glutamine is better absorbed if taken on an empty stomach and not with other amino acids.
Take 1 serving 20 minutes before training, 1 serving immediately after training and 1 serving at bedtime.
Take 1 serving in the morning, 1 serving in the afternoon and 1 serving at bedtime.
Do not exceed 3 servings per day.
