1 x Large 500g pot of 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt
4 x Heaped Scoops of Time 4 Whey Protein Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream flavour


1) Simply blend 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt with the 4 scoops of Time 4 Whey Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream in a blender
2) Pour mixture into a lunch box
3) Add fresh Raspberries
4) And Freeze!
