Raspberry Ripple Protein Frozen Yoghurt & Oat Clusters

Ingredients

1 x Punnet of fresh raspberries
1 x large 500g pot of 0% fat greek yoghurt
4 x heaped scoops of time 4 raspberry ripple ice cream protein

Method

1) Simply blend 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt with the 4 scoops of Time 4 Nutrition raspberry ripple ice cream flavour protein powder in a blender
2) Pour mixture into a lunch box
3) Add fresh raspberries
4) And freeze!
