Premium Grade Mass Gain Protein Powder

Time 4 Mass Gain has been designed for use by hard gainers and individuals who find it difficult to build or maintain muscle.

Our Dual Carbohydrate formula comes from a blend of Waxy Maize Starch and Maltodextrin, and is paired with our Time Release Protein Blend of Undenatured Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate and Micellar Casein which contributes to a growth in muscle mass.

We have also added a Functional Fat Blend in the form of Flax Seed and Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) and our very own Creatine Blend which contains 4 different types of Creatine in the form of Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Gluconate, Creatine Ethyl Ester and Creatine nitrate.

To get the best possible results, use Time 4 Mass Gain with at least 3 whole food meals a day which include some fresh fruit and vegetables.

Aim for 3-5 sessions per week in the gym and ensure you are getting enough rest.

WHAT IS A MASS GAIN SUPPLEMENT?

Increasing lean body mass naturally can be difficult, particularly for some individuals. It requires consistent participation in a well-designed resistance training programme and the consumption of the right nutrients in the right amounts to build lean muscle and aid recovery, and a sufficient energy (kcal) intake to fuel training sessions and muscle growth. In order to achieve this, bodybuilders and other strength athletes aiming to significantly increase muscle mass may consume 6 or more meals per day. However, purchasing, preparing, and consuming this amount of food can be exceedingly difficult, particularly when trying to balance the demands of life, work, and training.

Mass gain supplements are a combination of substances designed to provide the right nutrients and energy needed to build lean muscle. Typically, they contain varying amounts of carbohydrates, proteins and fats and other ingredients, such as creatine, in an easy to prepare and consume format.

The use of mass gain supplements is supported by several scientific studies which have shown that they not only aid increases in muscle mass, but also exercise performance and post-exercise recovery.

WHY TIME 4 MASS GAIN?

Time 4 Mass Gain has been specially designed for use by individuals who find it difficult gain muscle mass. Its key ingredients have been shown scientifically to provide a number of potential benefits for health and performance. These include but are not limited to:
