Vitamin E

is a fat soluble vitamin. It is found in many foods including vegetable oils, cereals, meat, poultry, eggs, fruits, nuts, vegetables, and wheat germ oil.  It acts as an antioxidant, helping protect the body from free radicals, which are compounds that can damage the body. Vitamin E also supports the immune system and helps make red blood cells. Vitamin E supplements may help to reduce the symptoms of osteoarthritis.
