MCT: Medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) are partially man-made fats. The name refers to the way the carbon atoms are arranged in their chemical structure. They are a form of saturated fatty acid and have numerous benefits ranging from increasing muscle mass and exercise performance and reducing body fat to improving cognitive function.
