L-Theanine: Identified by numerous studies as a safe natural sleep aid, this amino acid promotes relaxation without drowsiness. Unlike conventional sleep inducers,L-Theanine is not a sedative but promotes good quality of sleep through anxiolysis, -inhibition of anxiety.
