Grass Fed Protein

The term grass fed means that the milk has come from cows fed on grass and other leafy forage materials instead of grain. This has been shown to have a positive impact on the nutrient profile of milk, increasing the content of a number of beneficial nutrients, such as Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and phytonutrients. All of which, have important implications for health and performance.
