Caffeine Anhydrous

Caffeine anhydrous is made from the seeds and leaves of coffee plants. It is extracted from plant material and then dehydrated to produce a more potent and highly concentrated form of caffeine powder, which acts as a central nervous system stimulant. Supplementation with caffeine is associated with increases in muscular strength and endurance, anaerobic power, aerobic performance, fat oxidation, vigilance, and arousal, and reductions in fatigue and reaction time.
