Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Salts of Orthophosphoric Acid)

An Anticaking Agent is an additive used in powdered or granulated foods to prevent the formation of lumps, or caking. Silicon dioxide (SiO2), also known as silica, is a natural compound comprising silicon (Si) and oxygen (O2), and is found in water, plants, animals, human tissue, and the earth.
