Monday: 6:30am run/walk/cross trainer. 12:00pm boxing training
Tuesday: 6:30am run/walk/cross trainer. 12:00pm boxing training

Thursday: 6:30am run/walk/cross trainer. 12:00pm boxing training

What is your nutrition plan?
Breakfast: 50grams of oats and a smoothie which has a banana, 50g of Time 4 Whey Protein, 10g of honey, 10g of peanut butter.
Before training: 4 eggs and 1 piece of wholemeal toast.
During training: Time 4 Intra-Workout bcca
After training: 30g of Time 4 Whey Protein
Mid afternoon: 150g of chicken 50g of rice 50g of veg
Tea: 150g of chicken 50g of rice 50g of veg
Before bed: 10g of peanut butter and 50g of Time 4 Whey Protein

How close to fight weight do you like stay?
I like to stay as close as I can so I can keep my foods in and its easier and less stressful.
What methods do you use to take off the last bit of weight to make your weight limit?
A lot of cardio and long drawn out workouts for me.
What's your current fight record?
20 amateur 17 wins, none professional yet.
What current belts or titles do you hold?
None just yet. Hopefully hold a British title one day.
Who is your inspiration?
Ricky Hatton and Mike Tyson for all they have achieved
Name your favourite fighter and why?
Mike Tyson. What he done in the sport and to win a world title at such a young age. He is a special fighter and also a freak of nature with his knock out power.
Where would be your dream fight and against which opponent?
I would have my dream fight at Anfield, home of Liverpool Football Club and it would have to be against Mike Tyson or Ricky Hatton (if I was his weight).
